You have posted this question in the Forms Playback section of the Forum, so I assume that you are using DataLoad Professional and Forms Playback.

To do so, you simply switch on recording, do two or three records, then stop recording. The resultant file has all of the necessary keypresses etc. imbedded in it, and when you edit it with DataLoad, the only fields that you can edit are the data fields, e.g. username, responsibilityname and enddate.

For example, switch on record, query user FRED, query responsibility GL_JOURNAL, set end date 31-DEC-2007, SAVE, exit query and return to user screen. Repeat for user JOHN. Switch off recording. Transfer the recorded file to your PC. Edit it with DataLoad, you should see two rows with three fields in each:-

Code:
FRED      GL_JOURNAL      31-DEC-2007
JOHN      GL_JOURNAL      31-DEC-2007

Now copy these lines down the worksheet, changing the username, responsibilityname and enddate as required.

Cool Hope This Helps. If not, please let us know.
