Hello,
I recently installed Dataload Professional on a New laptop for an old user (he received an upgrade) However after installing Dataload things seem to work just fine. Around two weeks later I receive a message from him saying when he tried to start the software it crashes out each time and generates an error message. I checked it out and attempted to run it as administrator with my credentials. To my surprise the error went away and the software ran correctly. My question is, is there a way to fix this where a standard user has access to use it. Also what would have caused the permissions to switch? Any thoughts or suggestions for me.
