I am trying to use the *LOV command with Browser Control, however I am getting a message that says :
Load stopped with an error:
Failed to find value 'INTERCO-AGIS' in the List of Values

The LOV window shows the above value.

I'm trying to create a new Tax in Oracle R12.

Please let me know how to activate the LOV window and how to pick the value desired.
