| I have a playback file that I would like to add in delays. The menu option is grayed out. How do I add delays to an existing playback file? |

It sounds as if you have created a Forms Playback load and if that is the case then you don't need to specify any delays. Delays are not required (and not supported) by Forms Playback and that is why the menu option is disabled.
