Hi Friends,

I am trying to create an recording file. I did the Profile option setup for that particular Instance properly at the user level. I am masking the below profile option value for security reasons.

http://XXXXXX.YYYYYY.local:8003/forms/frmservlet?record=Invoice.fld%20play=noplay.fld

When I am trying to create the recording the .fld file is not created.

Kindly help.

Bikash,

When you start a recording session using this setup does the Oracle form start normally but without a file being recorded or is the form also not opening? If the form is opening correctly then please change the profile value so it doesn't contain "%20play=noplay.fld", then save that change, logout and try another recording session. What happens? Finally, ius there anything different in this instance compared with other instances where recording does work, for example does this instance have multiple load balanced application servers?
