I have installed DataLoad Pro on a Network share. If I run the DataLoad.exe on the network from my local machine, it runs as the PRO version. If I run the DataLoad.exe from another machine, it runs as the Classic version.

When I installed it on the network share, I did so from my local machine, but now need to access it from a different computer.

Anyone experience this issue before? Did something get installed on my local machine that should be on the server?

Hi,

Although you have installed on a network share the DataLoad Pro serial number is held on the local PC. Therefore, on the new PC you need to start DataLoad and register DataLoad Pro (select Register... from the Help menu and enter your serial number). That will unlock DataLoad Pro on that PC.
