Hi,

Are you using \{ENTER} to press the Enter key, i.e. do you have the \ prefix?

Thanks,

Jonathan

Hi,

I ahve a few questions:

1. Are you loading through Citrix (or similar) or are both DataLoad and Oracle running on your PC?
2. What version of DataLoad are you using?
3. Are the Oracle window and the additional flexfields form definitely both active and top-most?

If neither the mouse click or the key press works then there must be something fundamentally wrong because one or both should work. Can you send me a screenshot of this form to support@dataload.com please so I can see what you are trying to do?

Thanks,

Jonathan

Jonathon, yes everything else is fine i have an extensive collection on loads for dataload so am quite happy with operational requirements,

it just seems that this form is locking out the command.

If i manually {ENTER} the form behaves with no issue.

The screenshot i forwarded is from the additional flexfield highlighted in red on first screenshot
