|
|
Hi
I am using dataload 5.2.1 beta6 (pro).
During the dataload, i need to populate value "C_EXT_ATTR1" which is an LOV. When i click the LOV flash light, another popup window opens up, and the control does not get transferred there.
then i used *CW() and gave the window name inside brackets. It works for the first input, but then denies the subsequent inputs, giving me the following message:
'this->get_Busy((VARIANT_BOOL*)&pBool)': The object invoked has disconnected from its clients @c:\program files\embarcadero\rad studio\7.0\include\vcl\SHDocVw_TLB.h/503
Press [Y]es to terminate,[N]o to continue and [C]ancel to Debug.
Can you please suggest alternatives, or areas where i am wrong.
thanks! |

Hi,
We are investigating this problem. Can you let me know the Responsibility and navigation path we can use to get to this LOV so we can test setting this value?
Thanks,
Jonathan Stuart |

Hi Jonathan
we are using "Development Manager Responsibility"
1. go to "Setup Workbench" -->select "Attribute Groups" subtab.
2. click "Create" (Here we are trying to create the attribute group and its attributes)
3.After adding Attribute group information, click "Apply and Add Attributes".
4. In this screen there is a field called "Column". Over there even if you provide "C_EXT_ATTR1" it brings up a popup and asks you to select between C_EXT_ATTR1,10,11,12.....
this is the problem.
thanks! |

Hi,
We now know the cause of this issue and what we need to fix it. We are currently working on that fix and hope to have a development version ready for testing by the end of this week.
Thanks,
Jonathan |

Hi,
We now have a new development build of DataLoad that contains the fix for this issue. Please download and install the new version with the following link:
http://www.dataload.com/dlsetupv5220.exe
This is still a development build but it is stable, etc. If you decide to try this version then please let me know how you get on.
Thanks,
Jonathan |
