This looks like a known issue, I see it was posted in November, 2007 and there is a reference that says they had contacted the DataLoad support group. I have done a lot of project loads and this problem seems to have manifested itself when we upgraded from 11.5.8 to 11.5.10. I too found Note: 455322.1 and our profile option was set to 'N'.

Is there a solution or workaround for this?? Or is DataLoad Professional limited to just 24 project set-ups per load in 11.5.10?
