I'm new to Dataload and I'm looking for the best way to document any dataload files that I create. At the moment I'm creating folders that include

1. The dataload file
2. A text description of what it does
3. A screenshot of the starting conditions(e.g. new data entry form)

The text description file includes
- the purpose of the process
- a description of the columns in the dataload file
- a description of the starting conditions and how to set them up
- notes about anything peculiar about the process (e.g. a place where we have to navigate backwards round the form)

The idea here is that there's sufficient information included with the dataload file so that anyone who picks it up will understand it. Has anyone developed standard approaches to this that they're willing to share?

Many thanks,

'o-Dzin
