Playing back a file recorded with Dataload Pro systematically crashes after 8-9 records.

Any idea what the problem could be ?

Best Regards,

Jean-Luc,

Thank you. Can you let me have answers to the following please and we will try to help:

    What is the DataLoad version?
    What is the Oracle version?
Are you using JInitiator or JRE for the Java client deployment?
Does this happen with all playbacks or just this particular load?
Does Oracle crash/error if the data is entered manually?
If the ICX: Forms Launcher profile option value at user level for your playback user contains the text "&config=playback" or "&code=oracle.forms.engine.MainRT" then please remove this text, save the change, logout and try another playback. What happens?

Thanks,

Jonathan

Hi,

Last week, with R12.1.2 we have the same issue, data load is only uploading the first 8 records.

We download and installed 5.4.1.0 but the issue still the same.

Do you have a recomendation with this issue?

Erick.

Hi Jonathan,

What is the DataLoad version? 5.4.1.0
What is the Oracle version? R12.1.2
Are you using JInitiator or JRE for the Java client deployment? JRE.
Does this happen with all playbacks or just this particular load? Yes, since last week.
Does Oracle crash/error if the data is entered manually? No.
If the ICX: Forms Launcher profile option value at user level for your playback user contains the text "&config=playback" or "&code=oracle.forms.engine.MainRT" then please remove this text, save the change, logout and try another playback. What happens? We don't have this text in the ICX profile.

Erick.
