Hi,

I am trying to use DataLoad Professional to change the status of Tasks linked to Service Requests in the Oracle CRM application to Closed.

I have a list of the Service Request Numbers with linked tasks that require closure but the number of tasks that require closure against each SR is variable.

Can a DataLoad be set-up (using PHP script) to read the value of a field in a form (e.g. Task Status) and based on this value load an update if required? This function would need to be repeated until all tasks linked to the SR had been read and updated before moving on to the next SR.

Any advice or recommendations would be very much appreciated.

Many thanks,

Tom

DataLoad version: 5.4.0.1
Oracle E-Business Suite version: 11i
Oracle Applications version: 11.5.10.2
Operating system: XP
