Hi I tried to prepare datafile to delete duplicate assignments [Oracle]. when doing this via keystrokes, and replaying back dataload does not recognise the Alt key.
When checking the user guide, i noticed that the alt key had not been recorded as expected so I manually updated this, but still did not work.
I have gone through this with collegues that know dataload and they cannot work it out either.
If you know what is wrong, please help as I have over 1000 duplicate assignments to delete

Hi,

Please send a copy of your load file to us at support@dataload.com and I will take a look. Can you also confirm:

1. What version of DataLoad are you using?
2. Is either DataLoad or Oracle within a Citrix session?

Thanks,

Jonathan Stuart
