Recording works, playback doesn't
I am attempting to get Dataload Professional to work with Oracle Apps 12.0.6. Record works okay using the parameter below, however, playback doesn't. Our forms version: Oracle Forms: 10.1.2.0.2
I have two separate users defined for recording and playback. Their User level IXC form information is below. I've run the chmod 777 on both files and assume this is not a permissions issue. I've tried creating a new AR Transaction, instead of querying up th original, and added new lines, but w/ out success. I've also tried another instance to record, but have the same issue w/ playback not executing. I'm trying to query an existing AR header Transaction and add 26K lines to it. I've reviewed the R12 recommendations link http://www.dataload.com/help/recplay/setup_12.htm.

Is there anything I need to have our DBA look at like environment variables?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. |

Looks like there has not been a response on this topic. Does anyone have any suggestions? |

Keoki,
Please check if a file called "reclog.fld" has been created in the $FORMS_TRACE_DIR directory on the forms server. That should be the directory where your play.fld file was saved so please also check that play.fld is in that location.
Also, does your system have multiple load balanced forms or application servers or is there just a single server?
Thanks and regards,

Hi Jonathan,
I can verify the reclog.fld is being created in the $FORMS_TRACE_DIR where the play.fld file resides. |

Thanks. Please run a playback and as soon as it finishes close Oracle, retrieve the reclog.fld file and email that to us at support@dataload.com.
