I'm trying to use Dataload Pro to do various tasks in the Inventory module. Record seems to work fine, however, playback gets to the part where I chose an Inventory Organization and then stops. I've tried different tasks, and re-recorded the file to no avail.

Any suggestions?

Is any error or warning shown on screen or is the Oracle client freezing? If the latter then this could be an Oracle stability issue. We sometimes find that the Oracle client hangs during playback but there is a fix for this that works on most systems.

You need to edit the ICX: Forms Launcher profile option value at user level for your playback user. That value should contain the following:

&config=playback

If that text is present then remove it, save the update and try another playback. What happens?

Please note that having made this change there are fewer screen updates displayed during the load but Oracle will work normally when the load finishes.

If your profile value does not include &config=playback then please reply to this topic and include your whole profile option value.
