How can I create a new command for Shift+F5? I need an answer ASAP for a new template needed next business day.[/b]

The keystroke syntax you need for this is:

\^{F5}

If you want to register that as a command then you can do so in the Commands window. Open that by selecting "Commands" from the "Edit" menu and adding this command to the empty last line in the commands grid. You just need to enter a command name and the keystroke syntax (as above) in the appropriate column for the version of Oracle you are using.
