We currently access our clients CMMS database (Maintenance Controller based on Oracle from System Dynamics formally ESBI) remotely through Citrix.

I'm thinking of using Dataload to assist in significant data entry into the Maintenance Controller user forms.

Does anyone know whether Dataload will work in this situation?

DataLoad's Forms Playback loads are specific to Oracle eBusiness Suite but the Macro loads work with any application accessible from a Windows PC. This includes applications that are accessed through Citrix. Although I am not familiar with the system your client uses I would expect DataLoad to work with it and suggest you try a simple load to test.
