Oracle Corp. does not endorse or themselves support DataLoad, however Oracle Consulting does extensively use DataLoad Classic and Professional. Oracle Support has also recommend customers to use DataLoad to resolve data problems and DataLoad was even shipped with an Oracle product - "CRM in 90 days" - for completing a fast implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite.
